Maxiclear® Cold & Flu/Sinus & Pain Relief is your go-to product to help combat the discomfort of cold and flu in winter or at any time of the year. Whether you're battling a blocked nose or runny nose, fever, headache or sinus pain, Maxiclear® can help you to bounce back to your best.

For adults and children over 12 years, take 2 tablets every 4 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. See your doctor before taking this product if you have high blood pressure, heart problems, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or you are taking antidepressant medication.

Do not use in children under 12 years. Phenylephrine may cause sleepiness in some individuals. Adults: keep to the recommended dose. Do not take this medicine for longer than a few days at a time unless advised by a doctor. Children and adolescents (12-18 years): keep to the recommended dose. Do not give this medicine for longer than 48 hours at a time unless advised by a doctor. Prolonged or excessive use can be harmful. Do not take with any other cough or cold medicines or products that contain paracetamol unless advised to do so by a doctor. Always read the label. Use only as directed.
